About Tracy

I am passionate about all aspects of instructional design, website design, photography, filmmaking, and graphic design—bringing creativity and innovation to every project I take on!

I have had the privilege of working as a university lecturer in Colorado Mesa University’s Fine Art Department, where I taught user experience design. My academic background includes a Master’s in Public History from Northern Kentucky University, which has allowed me to merge historical storytelling with modern digital media.

Throughout my career, I have collaborated with a diverse range of organizations, including Bausch + Lomb, Carolina Biolabs, Walking Mountains Science Center, CSU Eagle County Cooperative Extension, CMU’s Office of Distance Education, Taft Museum in Cincinnati, NKU Study Abroad, NKU’s Vice President for Government Relations, Historic Sharonwoods Village, NKU’s History & Geography Department, NKU’s College of Arts & Sciences, and many more. My work for these institutions has included documentary films, instructional videos, motion graphics, learning objects such as games and scenarios, website design, photography, and graphic design, all crafted to create engaging and meaningful digital experiences.

I am highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Captivate), Articulate, Firecracker, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Web Experience Management System (WEM), VoiceThread, Prezi, and many more tools—I’ve explored so many that I’ve lost count! I am always eager to learn new techniques, stay updated on the latest trends in online learning and pedagogy, and find creative ways to enhance digital education through technology and design.

Above all, I love collaborating with people, learning their stories, and finding ways to bring those stories to life through engaging, accessible, and innovative digital experiences.
